Harvested daily by David and Sue in St Austell Bay on the Cornish coast, where the rich, warm gulf stream brings in abundant nutrients in fresh tides. Weather permitting, their boats go out daily, bringing in mussels with clean, light shells and plump orange meat. Grown in the highest grade of water in the country and bagged up on the hour of despatch, you simply won't find a fresher, better mussel this side of the Tamar.
