Box’d Chef is a recipe box company created with Michelin Star chefs.


Ossa Organic make all our concentrated chicken and vegan stocks. Their range is made using the highest quality organic ingredients - grass-fed cattle, free range chicken and wild caught fish - and based on traditional recipes and cooking techniques adapted to be sustainable and use as little energy as possible.

They use bones that could otherwise have been a waste product and incinerated, reducing our carbon footprint. The bones simmer with a touch of apple cider vinegar to help draw out the collagen goodness, and fresh, wonky organic vegetables for up to 24 hours, using renewable energy where possible.The boiled bones are anaerobically processed, producing gas which is fed back into the grid.
