Ossa Organic make all our concentrated chicken and beef stocks. Their collagen-rich gelatinous double concentrate has up to twice the collagen and protein of traditional bone broth.

The beef bones from animals that are grass-fed to organic standards, and the organic chicken bones from birds that are free-range allowed to forage on organic pastures. They use bones that could otherwise have been a waste product and incinerated, reducing their carbon footprint and the process is adapted to be sustainable and use as little energy as possible.

Ossa’s concentrate is twice cooked for up to 48hrs using traditional slow cooking techniques and organic apple cider vinegar which draws vital amino acids, collagen, gelatine, and proline out of the bones making it an anti-inflammatory, gut-healing powerhouse
